Hi, is this happening sporadically or with all payments? Also what are the relay URLs currently set to in Authorizenet? — |

happening with all the orders now. was working ran many orders nothing change other than godaddy installing a plugin debug thing which i disabled. i will double check another authorize.net but nothing there would have changed. thank for helping! |
Hi Frank,
Could you re-test with only Event Espresso running? It sounds like something on the site has changed. Be sure to restore your other plugins after testing. — |

with all plugins off it still does not work. thinking i should just re-install wordpress then espresso. the client is pretty new and normally i break people in before doing this kinda thing. i think godaddy may have modified something… |

Hi, One thing that might be worth checking is whether Godaddy has your client set up on permanently cached hosting. It’s an issue we have come across several times recently, and while I haven’t seen this particular issue as a result of the caching it does sound plausible that server caching is affecting it. |

Thanks Dean! I am actually moving the site to my server now so I can have a more honest view of the site. It was working fine without errors until my client complained to Godaddy that site was hanging and going down. I do have one question i read somewhere that the Espresso license may need to be reset if I run in test, is there a way I can test things out on the IP before I moves the domain name over? THANKS ALWAYS! |

Hi, Please don’t use the licence key on a development site. You can still use the plugin, the main drawback is updates will have to be done manually, but it is strongly advised to leave the licence key on the live site. |

ok that makes sense i wanted to test to make sure its working ok before switching domain name. appreciate the quick reply. |
Hi, I just wanted to confirm that Event Espresso worked as expected again after moving away from GoDaddy hosting? |
|
|
I’ve got the site set up on my server and its working again, thanks for the assistance! Godaddy is no ones friend when it comes to hosting. My new policy will be won’t even work on sites hosted there! |
I’m glad everything is working again 🙂 I’ll mark this thread resolved, if you have any further problems please open up a new thread. |
