Answers to custom questions not showing in CSV registration downloads

I have 2 dietary options added as custom questions on registration forms but when I download the CSV report, the answers aren’t listed. The options are showing in the header tabs in the CSV but all the rows are blank. This has never happened before and I’ve not changed any of the settings I always use, it seems to have happened with the most recent update.

I’d like to take a look at the question set up for this event, can you link me to the event so I can run a test registration on it, please?

So your dietary options only have a ‘description’ set on the questions, that’s an optional value shown on the registration, the ‘value’ section is the actual value of the question used within EE and on the CSV and it looks like your is empty.

Can you add a screenshot of your Becon Roll or Fruit Salad question?

Event Espresso -> Registration form -> Questions -> {edit either question}

I don’t need a screenshot if you’ve changed it, if you export the registrations now do you see the value on new registrations added since the change?
