A month or so ago we figured out how to change the iPhone settings for an event we have tomorrow with 300 attendees.

The Android apps are working but only show 100 attendees.

1- Does this matter for scanning tickets?
2- How do we change the default setting from 100 to 300 or ??

Hi Bob,

You’ll want to make sure that you have the very latest version of the Android app (2.0.14), which was released yesterday. It will load all the attendees for events that have more than 100 attendees.

The first Android we tested still shows 100 after the update, logout, login?

I’ve emailed the others on the team to update and test tonight.

Will this affect our ability to scan in the morning?

Hi Bob,

Either version will be fine for scanning, but the new version has some important fixes.

The Android app uses the Default Query Limits that are set in WP > Event Espresso > API settings. You’ll want to update the values for Attendees and Registrations to 300 or more, then save. You’ll find the API Settings page by logging into your WP site, and going to yoursite.com/admin.php?page=espresso-api-settings

Then with the new version of the app you can force a refresh navigating to the event then you tap and hold the screen then move your finger in a downwards motion ( or pull down ) and the app will start loading more attendees.
