Hi
I downloaded espresso event 4 on my android device it logs in but it doesn’t show any event when I scan the ticket it gives Invalid Ticket. However it works perfectly on iphone

Hi there,
May I ask which version of Android OS and which device are you using? When you log in with the app, are you using the same credentials that you sent us last week? One of the support staff had no trouble logging in and viewing the events with Android with the credentials you sent last week.

It is 6.0.1. It opens but when you scan a ticket it gives you “Invalid ticket”

Are you scanning the barcode or the qr code?
Also, are you using version 2.25 of the Android app?
Is the ticket for the event that’s selected within the app?

yes v 2.25
No. because it does not display the events it just gives me a blank page. so I go to the scan button which is located on the right corner to scan the ticket.

Hi there,
I have the Samsung Galaxy S6 edge+ on 6.0.1 and have just tested logging into your site. For me, the events are listing fine on the main screen and I can navigate through into the event and list the attendees.
Is there a test event I can add a registration to and test scanning the ticket?
Or can you let me know which ticket you are scanning so I can test that?
