An error occurred while updating Event Espresso Update package not available (9)

Hi,
I have version 4.9.45p, I’m notified there is a new version 4.9.46.p, but when I try update, it said that Update package not available, my license key still valid untii April 2018

Hi Robby,

I checked and there’s actually two sites that are pinging ee.com with the same support license key:

akudatang.com
and
akudatang.com/cloudconnect2017

You’ll need to remove the key from one of the sites, then when that’s done we can reset the key. You can request a key reset from your account page.

Hi,

website akudatang.com/cloudconnect2017 is network site, and there’s no entries for entering support license key, I just entry support license key is in akudatang.com

I’ll go ahead and reset the key then, maybe that will help.
