This is also at the top of my site, not sure why because I swear that I get a year of support with my purchase.
You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

Hi Heather,
We can try resetting the key for your site. I’ll reset that right now, and what you can do next is go to Event Espresso>General settings on your site and remove the key there are save. Then you can go to your account page and copy then paste the key from the account page into the key field in Event Espresso>General Settings, then save again.

Thanks so much Josh! It worked and I have successfully updated. I am searching for this new option you told me about in another thread where you mention I can choose to skip the confirmation page?
Where would that be located? Thanks a ton 🙂

It’s in Event Espresso>General Settings, under Advanced Settings.
