Users have been receiving this error – seemingly randomly, with some registering and some unable to complete registration due to this error. We are fully up to date with plugin.
We have tracked the problem to a field called “School name and address”. If there are >48 characters in the user’s entry, the registration will fail. If there are 48 or less, success.
My Questions:
1) Can I fix this field to have more characters?
2) Any other suggestion?

Hi there,
It sounds like what happened was the “School name and address” field was repurposed from one of the original City, State, Zip, or Phone fields. Those all have a 45 character limit.
You can fix this by disabling the “School name and address” field in the question group. Then you create a new “School name and address” field by creating a custom question. Then you assign the new custom question to your question group. Your new question will not have a character limit.
