An error has occurred:First Name is a required value.

I have reviewed the other answers on this same topic but still am getting this error every time I try to register for an event.

4.4.1
PHP Version:
5.3.29
MySQL Version:
5.1.72
Event Espresso Version:
4.7.12.decaf

I am running W3 Total Cache and added the critical pages slugs to my no-cache section. I also tried disabling all plugins except for event espresso and still no luck.

Hi there,

That’s an error that’s usually caused by the active WordPress. If the theme has a script that’s loading on the event registration page, you can avoid the error by fixing the theme, or by switching to another theme.
