Hi
It seems this issue has never been resolved according to all I read!
I am in bother now we need this to be working. I have gone through all the advice give previously….Yes I have spoken to our hosting provider the have no caching on the server and I don’t have WP-caching in the installation.

Can anyone help please!

Hi Emmy,

There are multiple causes for that error, most of which we have found to be external so it isn’t something we can ‘fix’.

Caching being the main one, plugins (or the theme) hooking into the request and doing completely random things to the query being the second.

However we can take a look and investigate this further.

Can you link me to one of your events please?

Your support license is not currently linked to any domain, can you go to your account page, copy your license key there (the one within _FREE)

Then on your site go to Event Espresso -> General Settings and Paste the key there. (check there is no whitespace before/after the key) Then save the settings.

Thanks for the reply.
I ahve already discussed with my hosting provider and advised that the server has no caching! As you advised not sure in Template is the issue!

This below is one of the events.

Hi Emmy,

What is this section highlighted here? – http://take.ms/Q4Hpu

Is that something you have manually set up or the theme?

Currently it is loading the /Registration-Cancelled/ page on all pages, that page has a shortcode to clear the session. So what I suspect is happening is you selecting tickets (which starts a session) then your directed to the registration page….

The reg form loads, then that section (which is clearing the session data) so when you submit the data is looks for a session and can’t find one because its just been cleared.

Make sense?

This is part of the theme! Its not manually input. I will try and see if I can remove it and get back to you.

Thanks

Hi Emmy,

If you can either set those to point to other WP pages or remove them from the registration page that should fix things.
