We’ve got an event open for registrations and have had plenty of them. Someone has reported an error when trying to register. On my side it’s showing as an abandoned registration, on their side it’s giving this message:
“An error has occurred: The requested Command Handler “EventEspresso\core\services\commands\attendee\CreateAttendee\CommandHandler”could not be located or does not exist.”

What can I do?

Hi there,

Can you link me to the event in question so I can take a look at this?

Hmm ok.

In version 4.10.34.p we added some additional fixes towards fully supporting PHP8, after releasing that version we found one of those fixes could cause the above error, fixed that and release 4.10.35.p

I can see your site is currently running the latest version and when I run a test registration I’m not running into an issue, so may I ask, has the user started a new registration since that version or are they returning to a previous registration via a link in an email?
