I am needing to get my registration site up and running today and keep getting this error message. I am also not a super techy person.
I tried having someone besides me run through the reg process to see if it was an error popping up because I was logged into EE and WP. They still got the same message.
Currently your event is set up to require personal information for any additional attendees, so if a user selects a single ticket, + a t-shirt, they need to provide the same information twice, is that expected?
It is possible to only request personal information once for the registration, this will however mean each child will need to be registered individually.
The copy attendee info function is currently not working on your registrations as your theme is throwing a JavaScript error (preventing the copy function from working) – http://take.ms/MTD41
This is likely due to the theme en-queuing an outdated version of the validate library. Is there any updates to your site theme? (Be sure to create a fulle site backup before updating if there is)
Were you able to update the theme? It appears that the jquery error Tony mentioned is what is causing the problem. You may need to get in touch with the developer of the theme to see if they can update the jQuery Validation Plugin in the theme.
Also, it appears that you are running the decaf (free) versions of EE4. Can you do a backup, and update to the current version of EE4 Premium?
