AMEX payments not going through

I am using Paypal Pro for payments on capitalwineschool.com
AMEX is checked as an option, but it’s not working.

Please advise

Hi there,

Have you enabled AMEX cards within your PayPal account and accepted their terms and conditions?

It’s a separate process to enabling it within EE so although you can tell EE to allow AMEX cards, if your PayPal account has not been setup to accept them PayPal themselves will reject the request.
