I have someone who has registered but didn’t finish the payment process because they assumed they had to have a paypal account to pay with so they quit the process. I called the person on the phone and they gave me their payment information over the phone. But I cannot figure out where to enter this/finish the payment up for them via the event espresso admin. Am I just missing something? I see where I can change the payment status or send a request for payment to them but not where I can finish this out for them…
There isn’t a place to process payments. We don’t have Point Of Sale functionality. You can process the payment from the frontend as a registrant would (you may have to get the link to their payment details page), but not from the backend.
