This integration is not something that we created so it would be best to check with MyCred support to verify that it is compatible with the current version of Event Espresso 4.
Actually I have purchased license for one domain. My site is running in production mode so I can not work direct on that. So I have created dev set for that. I am getting “Your support license key is only valid for one domain at a time, and our licensing system has detected that you are using your license key on multiple domains. Please log in to your Event Espresso account to manage your Support License Keys, or if you have concerns, please Contact Us.” message on the header area.
Is this the issue. I want to inform you that I am not even getting mycred points option on production site.
The option for using MyCred currency in the payment methods disappeared after upgrading EventEspresso plug-in?
Hello, we have not created a MyCred integration so we do not have any documentation for it.
However, in researching MyCred, I found that there is an integration available. You would need to check with the developer of that integration for support.
Your current account does not have a support license linked to it. This could happen if you used a different email address for the purchased (e.g. via PayPal) and then registered for a different account using a different email.
