I’m using Event Espresso – 4.7.0.beta.004 Version 4.2.2

My event has additional non-system questions that are required of registrants. Several registrants have wanted to change their responses or edit certain details. Is there a way to give them access to do this? If not, is it possible for admin to change their registration details that are not part of the system questions?

Thanks.

Hello, we recommend testing the pre-release version of Event Espresso 4 on a testing or staging site. It is not recommended for a live site that is readily accepting registrations.

An attendee/registrant can edit their registration if you include the following shortcode in the Attendee List area of the Registration Approved message type:

[FRONTEND_EDIT_REG_LINK]

This message type can be found by going to Event Espresso –> Messages –> Registration Approved –> Registrant.

An event admin can also edit questions for an attendee/registrant by going to that registration in the WordPress dashboard:

Event Espresso –> Events. Hover over name of the event and click on Registrants. Then locate a registrant on the next page and click on their name.

You’ll then be viewing details for this registrant and you can edit their information (e.g. custom questions) and save changes.
