Hi,
I need mutable signup forms for different attendees, but the group registration box is not on the right under ‘Questions for Primary Registrants’?
How do I activate this?

That option is from EE3, based on your license and this:
Active Status: Upcoming
Maximum number of tickets allowed per order for this event: 10
Display Ticket Selector
Event Phone Number
You have EE4.
To request details for additional tickets on EE4 you need to select the question groups for additional registrants in the event.
Edit the event, in the side bar you’ll see this section – https://monosnap.com/file/SbYGsxdaZwiWs4NzEmDA0v2DNWikX8
You need to select at least one question group for additional registrants so that EE will request those details whn the user selects more than 1 ticket.
But…. I checked on your site and you currently have Event Espresso decaf active, you need the regular version.
Download Event Espresso regular from your account page.
On the site go to Plugins and de-active EE4 Decaf.
Now go to Plugins -> Add new -> Upload Plugin.
Select the .zip file you just downloaded, upload and active that version.
You’ll now have the ‘regular’ version of Event Espresso with all features.
