All tickets selected not showing

I am having an issue when they select their tickets everything shows fine on the event page, they click register now and only the default ticket shows, then they input their information and click proceed to payment options then all of their ticket selections show again. This is confusing them.

Hi, this sounds like caching, which causes things to appear, disappear, then re-appear, etc.

Can you send a link to your page for us to look at? Who is your web host?

Ok, so which platform?

Are you using anything to manage the server or just plain vanilla?

Are you using any form of page/object caching on the server? If so, which?

No caching is enabled.
Plesk Obsidian 18.0.66 Update #2 Web Host Edition
ngix is disabled for that domain.
wp-optimize 3.8.0 is installed but cache and minify are disabled

I’ve managed to reproduce this, and I am currently investigating.

Yes, we have fixed this in the next version of Event Espresso which is due out today.

I’ll update this post as soon as it has been pushed live.

My apologies for the delay; the update has now been pushed live.

If you don’t see it as an update on your site just yet, go to Event Espresso -> General Settings. Make no changes and just hit save to force an update check.
