When I clicked on the ‘All Registrations CSV Report’ button – it does go to the the ‘Generating file registrations-for-all.csv…’ page, and it shows all the log saying that csv file is being written in 50 rows each time, with the last one is the balance of the rows.
However, when the download started, my Chrome browser telling me that the download is failed – download error. When I clicked on the ‘resume’ option from the download option – it give me the message of ‘Failed – No file’.
I ned help as I want to use this csv file to produce report for my clients of the events. Right now already have 761 registration, and we are expecting of 5,000 registration in the coming weeks. The event is on this 30th September.
Can you try doing the download with another browser like Firefox? The reason I ask is because normally things will just work using the Chrome browser, but there may be something unique to your system that’s preventing the download to finish.
1. The problem did not happened after I have rebooted my Mac. Found that my Mac Hard Disk is full, so that’s why it cannot write to my disk.
2. However, it happened again recently, and I follow your instruction by using Firefox – and it does download the .csv file. Any possible reason for this situation.
You’ll need to make sure that you have enough space in your hard drive to download the CSV, or use another computer.
