Can anyone help please?? I have a client that has 114 registrations for an event this Friday, trying to download the latest CSV with all the registrations on and it will not work! It opens up a browser window with this text: Event,”Transaction ID[TXN_ID]”,”Attendee ID[ATT_ID]”,”Registration ID[REG_ID]”,”Time registration occurred[REG_date]”,”Unique Code for this registration[REG_code]”,”Count of this registration in the group registration [REG_count]” I have spent hours trying fixes for this including: I’m running WordPress 4.3.1 and EE4 4.8.10p Any help would be appreciated, seems I’m at a dead-end. Thanks 🙂 |

Just to add, I managed to use WP All Export to export a simple little CSV file with some posts and it worked fine! |

I’ve also now changed define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ‘128M’ ); in my web config as it was set at 40M before. Still nothing! |
Hi there Shane, Thanks for getting a jump start on troubleshooting. I have not seen this issue reported in a while so I did some research and it looks like this may be a plugin conflict or it could be resolved by adding a line to the htaccess file and you’ve already tried both of those solutions. Who is your hosting provider? — |

Hi Lorenzo, Thanks for your reply, I have now actually resolved the issue… Given that I knew it wasn’t any of the plugins and that I had up-to-date versions of WP & EE I started to look at the theme. There was an issue with the functions.php file, once I had fixed that it started working again. I did try it with the default WP theme and it worked so I knew the issue was there in the theme somewhere! Not sure why it was working one day and stopped the next, possibly the auto update to WP 3.4.1… Anyway, thanks for your response 🙂 |
