The Event Registrations CSV Report also does the same
I’ve checked that all plugins up to date
WordPress is up to date
I’ve disactivated all plug-ins and then activated Event Espresso
I’ve tried it with the default WordPress theme with ‘Theme Test Drive’
The only thing thats changed is the htaccess file, as we now have php switch enabled, which has added the following to the htaccess file:
# php -- BEGIN cPanel-generated handler, do not edit
# Set the “ea-php56” package as the default “PHP” programming language.
<IfModule mime_module>
AddType application/x-httpd-ea-php56 .php .php5 .phtml
</IfModule>
# php -- END cPanel-generated handler, do not edit
I wouldn’t have thought that is causing the problem.
I can advise contacting your host about this, and you can let them know exactly when you were trying to run the CSV reports. This way they can check the logs to see if they can track down the cause of the redirects to the home page in your server’s mod_security logs. If they can identify a specific rule that’s getting tripped, they may be willing to disable it for you.
