We have multiple events happening throughout the year. When we download the CSV it downloads all registrations for all events for the whole year. This will result in approximately 4000 registrations by the end of the year. We only need to download new registrations and upload them to our database. When we do the download from Event Espresso there is no way to limit the date range or only download what hasn’t yet been downloaded. This means we have to go through and edit the spreadsheet every time we update our database – yes, that means editing a 4000 entry spreadsheet every time. Yikes!

Hi Farrel,
Currently its not possible to limit the export for specific date ranges, however we do have an open feature request for advanced reporting on our roadmap which would include this:

If you can add your vote there we will be using that board to help prioritize development.
