I’ve done several searches on this … but my first issues is this. When I go to the General Settings tab, there is no place to adjust my email settings.
This if the first recommendation for this problem. Before I try additional recommendations, I want to start here.
Yes … I do have that general email. But my problem is two fold:
1. I’m not getting any emails that indicate that a registration is happening.
2. The person registering is ALSO not getting any emails.
Searching in the forum, I found several references to a place where you can turn on/off the ability to receive certain emails … that’s what I can’t find and was referencing in my question at the beginning.
Perhaps that’s an older feature that no longer applies?
Regardless, the bigger issue is that emails are not coming in or going out. I need help figuring out why and how to fix it.
Notifications are handled by the messaging system which can be found in Event Espresso –> Messages.
However, if you are not receiving any messages, then there may be an issue with the local email server. Try setting up a free transactional email service like Sendgrid.
