We recently upgraded EE3 to the latest version and afterwards the All Months/Years filter is not showing any closed or archived events after 2013. If we select a specific month, our data is there just fine. Has anyone else had the same problem? Any suggestions to fix this or do we need to just keep using the dropdown to select a specific month? Thanks~

Hi there,

Depending on the version number you updated from, your previous version may have not had the ‘rows’ filter.

EE introduce a filter that allows you to select a specific number of rows from the database, this is to prevent timeouts when EE tires to pull your data.

Setting that to ‘All’ and the status filter to All, like this – https://monosnap.com/file/fYLgnN7JveHEXsgWLxXdnDoMuNOC8N

Will pull all of the data from your database, but note that depending on the number of events you have that may cause a timeout which is why we added that field. So you can pull in say 500 rows of the database and use the search features within EE for those 500 rows, then you can pull the new ‘batch’ of 500 rows and search through those if needed.

So showing ‘All’ without setting the number of rows will show the first 50 rows. You can then pull the next 50 using the button on that filter – https://monosnap.com/file/qxtSUWGbpvPOuNXYu6slQCYvIbQmhk
