All fields clear out and “Error First Name Required”. I just updated to a newer version of EE4 and this started happening. I can’t get it to accept the name field and it clears out all the correct answers every time.
Ithemes is not installed and there is also no caching plugin (I have seen quite a few people saying that was the problem elsewhere).

Hi Martha,
The theme is loading its own version of jQuery validate which is rather old (1.8.x) as opposed to using the newer version included within EE (1.11.x)
Are there any updates available for you theme?
If you temporarily switch to one of the default themes such as twentyfourteen does the registration form then work?
