Hello, Our company website uses EE4 for class registrations, and all of a sudden, all class links are not working (page not found). We have been using the EE4 for a long time, and I can’t figure out what happened. Up to around 12:30 pm today, students were able to access our class pages on our website. All classes are listed here: http://cascadeconnections.org/classes/upcoming-classes/
If you click one of the classes, it just goes to blank page (page not found). The only thing I did for our website today was to delete one plugin (“Hide YouTube Related Videos” plugin) and cleared the page caches.
Do you have any ideas of what to do? Since I didn’t change much on our website today (no theme or WordPress update and no new plugins), I am completely out of ideas.
The WordPress version: 4.9.10 (have not upgraded to 5.x.x. yet)
EE4 version: 4.9.79.p
Theme (Catch Kathmandu Pro) version: 4.9.6

Hi there,
Its an issue with ‘pretty’ permalinks.
For example, this link works: http://cascadeconnections.org/?espresso_events=population-specific-training-30-hours/
If you go to Dashboard -> Settings -> Permalinks
(You just need to load that page)
Then test you event links again, do they work then?

Yes, that worked! Thank you very much. I switched the theme, checked the template files in the template directory, disabled all plugins and troubleshoot each one of them, and I just couldn’t figur out.. And it turned out to be something so simple like the permalinks! I appreciate your quick reply. Everything is good with our online classes now.
