Hi Guys

This is the third time this is happening (the last was last week where Lorenzo reset my license key again). Once again, this notification is up at the top of my wordpress admin. Could you take another look as to why this is happening. The actual notification is “You have the correct Site License Key for Event Espresso but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.”.

Thanks
Jason

Could this be because I have purchased several licenses of EE for various clients of mine, (one under my own company and then two for clients… they are hosted on different domains, however I use a similar email address for all the accounts – all with an @itmooti.com.au ending to them).

Cheers
Jason

Hi Jason,

I’ve just rolled over your Support License Key and created a new one for you ending in 85

You can find it in your Event Espresso account:

https://eventespresso.com/users/sbcitmooti-com-au/

If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso and allow you to update.

This message can be triggered if you are on a dev/staging site and then move to production with a different domain.

Lorenzo
