After migration from http://oaksterdamuniversity.com/o to http://oaksterdamuniversity.com/ the site is running irrational and says we cannot update the Plugins. Calendar has a loading icon that won’t stop. Do we need to license this to the new URL (http://oaksterdamuniversity.com/)???

Hi,

The license key has no effect on the functioning of the plugin, it is used for support and updates.

When you say you migrated, how did you do this?

Site was built in a directory called “o” and then moved to root. It is OK now as I found a conflicting plugin.

It will not let me update the espresso-json-api plugin. I get this message:

You have the correct Site License Key for Espresso Json Api but your current membership access only allows for automatic upgrades on one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

There is a new version of Espresso Json Api available. View What’s New with version 2.1.1.P. You need a valid Site License Key to enable automatic upgrades. Your current membership level does not allow automatic upgrades on more than one domain. Please log into your account to manage your Site License Keys or purchase a support license now.

The license goes to the “o” URL not the root.

Do I need to refresh the Keys or ?

Hello Aseem,

I’ve just reset your Support License Key. In a few moments, you’ll receive a confirmation to your email address on your Event Espresso account.

If you are using Event Espresso 3, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Scroll down to the bottom of the page and locate the area for Support License. Now copy the existing key. Then erase the existing key and click on Save Options. After the page refreshes, scroll back down to the Support License area and paste your key and click on Save Options.

If you are using Event Espresso 4, please login to your WordPress admin and locate Event Espresso in the admin menu. Then click on General Settings. Copy the existing key which appears at the top of the page. Then erase the existing key and click on Save on the right side of the screen. After the page refreshes, please paste your key and click on Save once more.

These steps will refresh your Support License Key for Event Espresso.

Cheers

Lorenzo
