After user logs in, the ticket purchase flow does not continue.

Hi there,

Can you link me to an even I can run a registration on please?

Other than that, for User Integration, is there a way to autosave the question answers every x seconds so that the user does not have to answer the questions again when resuming event ticket purchasing.

We currently save the registration questions as the click to go through to the next step, the login process should not interrupt the registration process (it should be done before registration starts and allow you to continue on).

It sounds like something is hooking into the login request and redirecting the user away, I’ll know a little more once I’ve run a registration.

Meanwhile, we notice that there are three fixed steps when user register for an event. May we know if we can add more steps in between. Because we will have a lot more questions to ask before they register for the event. So we want to break these questions into different sections. Is this possible?

Hello, I looked at the registration process and I think that is intentional since your membership plugin is sending someone to a front-end dashboard page to view their account information. If they do not have an existing account, then your membership plugin allows them to create an account, set a password, and then login.

If they have an existing account, then the can login and finish up their registration.

Could you add a large button on the top of the front-end dashboard page that says click here to register?

Or does your membership plugin allow you to conditionally redirect back to a specific page instead of to the front-end dashboard page?
