After Update to 4.6 no more registration can be made

Hi,
i just updated to 4.6 and from then on you can see all events and you can also choose the tickets. But when you want to start registration process, it brokes.

WordPress Version:
4.1
PHP Version:
5.4.36
MySQL Version:
5.1.60
Event Espresso Version:
4.6.0.p
WordPress Adresse (URL):

What happend during the update? What can be the mistake?

Hi Michael,

I am sorry for the trouble. It looks like it’s throwing a fatal error when before it loads the registration form page.

Would it be okay is someone from the team can investigate this? If so, please send WordPress admin level log in credentials and temporary FTP credentials via the contact form on this page:

Just found out that the plugin:
Types – Complete Solution for Custom Fields and Types

has made the problem. Now everything is fine.

Hello !

Same problem but with the woocommerce pluggin. EE seems to work when it’s not activated.

We are confirming a fix that restores compatibility with Woocommerce right now.

We’ll update this support post once testing is finished and we have released an updated version of Event Espresso 4.

Hi everyone,

Event Espresso 4.6.1 fixes a bug that was exposed by WooCommerce and other plugins. It’s available as a 1-click update now.
