After event registration doesn't send confirmation email

So at 3:30 pm today, event espresso stopped sending confirmation emails to the student and stopped sending these registrations to us as well. If we said, resend confirmation, it would send it to the registering person. Now it seems it sends the registration confirmation to the person (test try) but still it does not send it to us. This was very disruptive to have people registering who tidbit get any link. What to test?

This problem is still persisting and I have more events. Nothing has changed what can I check?

Hi there,

If nothing at all has changed on the site then the issue here likely lies with the email server you are using, but first let’s check through what we can on the site.

If you go to Event Espresso -> Messages -> Message Activity.

Can you see the ‘missing’ messages listed there at all?

If so, what colour ‘status bar’ (the coloured bar to the left of each one) do they have?

Do you have a test event I can register onto to trigger emails to be sent to me?
