I just updated to the newer version of EE in October. In my previous experience, the registration form was on the event page. Now it asks for number of tickets and a button to register now. When I click it it gives me an OOPS message. How do I get a form on the first page or after register now. Here is what I have so far: http://www.rfva.org/events/sweat-suds-and-sensuality/

Hi there,
It looks like your registration-checkout page has been trashed.
The page EE is set to use as the checkout page shows as: http://www.rfva.org/registration-checkout__trashed/
If you Dashboard -> Pages -> Trash.
Do you see a ‘Registration Checkout’ page there? If so restore it.
