Using the latest EE4 (4.8.10). When I cancel a registration and send a refund check, the information shows up under the transaction but the registration still shows as (Incomplete) payment pending (cart is still blue , not grey), the status of the registration can’t be changed to cancelled. Is this a bug?
Yes it is, another member recently reported this issue and we are working on a fix.
