We are not happy with the flow for our clients with event espresso and feel that with some basic changes we can improve this greatly. I am happy to pay for this service I am just not sure if the premium support is the way to go? The Calendar feature is critical for what we do http://www.jacksonartnh.com/calendar/ however the check out is very clunky. Where after you select a class and put in your info http://www.jacksonartnh.com/event-registration/ has two confirmation and much seems to be doubled. We are also integrating gift certificates – and find this process a bit clunky in regard to how to put their GC number in. Also is their a way to automate the “payment reminder” email so that I do not have to login each time to manually send one. Is there a way to change the dimensions of the pop up box in the calendar so that it is more square then rectagle – the top get’s lost and I have a fair amount of info I need to include in that box as everyone books from there. We implemented the multiple event registration add on but it does not work with the calendar – will this be something that will come in the future?

If it makes more sense to pay for premier support token and schedule time with my developer to rapidly go through this than to write an email we are happy to do so.

With that mentioned here is feedback on your individual concerns:

Where after you select a class and put in your info http://www.jacksonartnh.com/event-registration/ has two confirmation and much seems to be doubled.

The content itself should not be duplicated. However, you may see two confirmation buttons. This is because multiple registrations could push the content below the fold so we wanted to make it easy to continue with your registration whether you are at the top of the page or at the end of the page.

You can remove the extra button via CSS:

Event Espresso does not have a gift certificates / credit feature. However, you could collect this information as a custom question.

This would require custom coding.

I would experiment with the positioning of the content box via the calendar settings. You can also try using the more tag to reduce the content that is shown. Here is an example of how to adjust the width:

There are no plans at this time for the Event Espresso 3 calendar. However, this could be done with some custom coding.
