Admin registration filtered CSV giving 403 Error message.

Hi,

I am using EE 4.10.29.p, In admin under registrations, when we filter with month/year as shown in this screen and click filter. It works fine.

Then, If we click on Filtered CSV at the bottom, it gives 403 Forbidden error message.

If we use any other option except month/year like Categories, Status and try to extract filtered CSV, it works fine and able to download the CSV. So the problem is with Month/Year option only.

Anything you can help us with? Please advice.

Hi there,

There are few reasons to this 403 issue.
1-You don’t have permission to create the file at at your upload directory located /wp-content/uploads/espresso. You may contact to hosting provider.

2- Your hosting provider can sometimes make accidental changes to their server settings. This may result in 403 Forbidden error on your site.

3- Have you installed any specific poorly configured security plugin that may cause to this issue.

4- Corrupt .htaccess file may cause to this issue. Your hosting provider can fix it easily.
