I know I should be able to find this on my own, but haven’t been able to do so. Can you please tell me how I can edit the admin notification that is sent when someone registers. Specifically, it is the one that begins as shown below.
Also, the need to edit it is related to the fact that the notification displays ticket quantity as ONE ticket, regardless of how many are actually purchased (the payment price reflects the multiple ticket quantity). Is this a known bug? Do you have a fix for this?
Depending on how you’ve configured your messages there are three places to edit your confirmation notices:
– Default Settings (see General Settings)
– Event Settings (see the Email Confirmation section for a specific event)
– Email Manager (see the specific custom email if you’re using those)
