When a customer purchases a ticket they received an email confirming their purchase; however, I, as an administrator, never receive an email. The following steps were tried but to no avail:
Disabled all plugins except Events Espresso and still having this issue.
Increased WP memory limit from 40MB to 512MB.
Changed the admin author user on the test event to set a different admin email.
Did a reset WP Role capability for the Events Espresso plugin.
