You want to add registrations to specific events before going live?
If so, create the event, set the ‘Display ticket selector’ option to No on the event (that will prevent users from registering on the front end). It’s the option shown here – http://take.ms/vDYz6
Now view the registration list for that event, you can use the ‘Approved registrations’ link in the event editor – http://take.ms/51YN1 (top link next to the green ‘people’ icon)
Then at the top of the page you can click ‘Add new registration’ and add you admin registrations.
