Admin attendee list missing information

Using multiple event registration, we have additional info for each attendee, however, in the back end under event registered users/attendees i can only see a couple fields. How can I add additional questions to show up in the back end?

Hi TJ,

Which specific fields are missing? You might try updating to the very latest version of Event Espresso as there were a few hotfix releases since 30.1.4 that affected the admin.

We customized the registration, adding additiona fields that would be saved in the users profile and auto fill upon future registrations. In the profile we have Student 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 all under 1 user account. So when they register for 3 attendees to 1 event, the student info auto fills. We hacked it up quite a bit.

The attendee info in the back end, however, only shows the 1 parent first/last name as all 3 or 4 attendees, not the student 1, 2, 3 etc. So I suppose a better question is, what page / code can we hack up more to show additional information in the event registration / attendees?

Hi TJ. Unfortunately, we can’t really help with custom code. We can support our own code — which goes through several levels of testing before its released publicly, but we don’t recommend hacking the core plugin and we can’t support modifications made to the core plugin. Making modifications or changes to the core code means that the support license you purchased for the plugin no longer applies. The only thing we can recommend doing is using the core Event Espresso plugin. If there are changes that need to be made for your specific implementation, you may be able to do that with the custom files add-on which would mean that all your custom code was outside of the core plugin and you could still update Event Espresso and receive support for the core plugin.
