We still use EE3, and we tend to get a bunch of folks who don’t pay after they register for our 2 events. As is happens every year, I am sure it is a user issue. And we get plenty of folks who have no problem with the registration either.

Was wondering if maybe the folks that don’t pay might not see the payment options on the second page after registering, as they might be below the fold of the page, and they probably don;t scroll down.

Is there any way a table or 2 divs could make basically 2 columns for that page, so the confirmation is on the left:

Your registration is not complete until payment is received.
Amount due: $0.00
Your Registration ID: 47-5547bca9d1ed7
A confirmation email has been sent with additional details of your registration.

and the payment options are on the right:
Please choose a payment option
Paypal
Check

Then they are both “at the top” and be more visible. I edited the payment page, but that just adjusted the top part, so I’m guessing it is getting pulled in from another source.

Thanks

Hi, part of the information comes from a core file:

/wp-content/plugins/event-espresso/gateways/gateway_display.php

The other part comes from the payment_page.php template file which can be relocated for editing:

/wp-content/uploads/espresso/templates

Have you considered adding an on page anchor to take the registrant to that area? You could target the div with a CSS ID of payment-options-dv.
