address information question group not showing on registration form

I have two question groups
personal information and address information
but just the personal information shows on the form
the site is eretailersummit.com, but event espresso is only going to be used
for the 2018 year conference, all of the content created for the 2018 event is in “draft” status until after the 2017 event is over.

Hi there,

Have you selected the ‘Address information’ question group on the event?

You select the groups requested per event so if you haven’t selected it manually it won’t show on the registration form.

So if you edit the event, look for this section – http://take.ms/1CBvc

You’ll need to check the ‘Address information’ checkbox on at least the ‘Primary Registrant’ section and update.
