Where can I change the address stated at the bottom of emails being sent out after users choose the cheque option?
I have entered a new address in the Address Payable field under ‘Payment methods / Cheque’ but the emails are still sent out with the old address at the bottom of the email, as shown below:
Please send your cheque, payable to ‘XXX’ to the address below. Please write the registration code shown above and / or event title on the back of your cheque. Your registration will then be confirmed by email upon receipt.
EE does not include those details in the email by default, can you let me know what the subject for the above email is?
Assuming it hasn’t been changed from the default and it is ‘Registration Pending Payment’ then it’s the ‘Registration Pending Payment’ email sent to the ‘Primary Registrant’.
