Address fields are not showing in registration

Hi everyone,

When people go to register for one of our courses the fields that ask for the registrants address, province and postal code do not appear. All of the other questions we want are asked just not these. They are listed as mandatory questions yet don’t get asked. Please help?

Hello,

By default, a name and an email address is needed for a registration. Could you check to see if you have enabled the Address Information question group through the event editor?

If that is enabled, then it would be helpful to know if any of the system questions were rename / repurposed to collect other information. System questions include first name, last name, email, address, and phone number.
