is there some addon for image a upload for a particular event, when payment is done by the user, please let me know

Hi there,

No, we don’t have that functionality with EE.

A third part developer created an add-on that allows you to create a custom question that allows for uploads:

Note that the user would upload the image during their registration details so this is before payment is made.
