I am having trouble getting the additional questions to show up for 1 specific event.
My understanding is that you can customize which questions appear based on the event, however, they all look the same even if I check the additional questions on the event page.
Any suggestions?

Hi Mike,
You have to:
– create the custom questions
– assign a custom question to a question group
– organize the order of the question groups (if desired)
– assign the appropriate question group to a particular event

Did you get those steps configured correctly? If so, can you send us a link to your event so we can see what it looks like on the front-end?
