My client published an event that included a “Couples Ticket”, but originally forgot to ask for the second person’s personal information. I edited the event for him, but in the meantime 5 people signed up. He would now like to add the additional information to the registration. Is there any way to do that in Event Espresso? Thanks. |

Yes, visit the registration records for those five people and at the bottom the questions should be available to edit. |

I guess I didn’t ask the question right. At the bottom of those registrations it says: There were no custom questions for this registration. I need to add the personal registration information for the second person in the “Couple Ticket”. Ticket. |

Hi there, By ‘personal information’ are you referring to that specific question group within Event Espresso? If so, then in short, you can’t. The way to fix it would be to recreate the registration selecting the correct number of tickets now with the questions groups set up correctly. You can do that in the admin yourself if you have the details, navigate to Event Espresso -> Events -> {hover over event} -> Registrations, at the top of the page will be a ‘Add new registration’ button. Click that, select the correct tickets and add the correct details. Then set the original single registration to cancelled. — Now, if the ‘personal information’ questions you are referring to are just custom questions on the registration form then it is possible to edit those, however, you do that in the section you are already referring to so I assume you would have done that already. |

Thanks – Yes he forgot to setup to collect the Personal Information for the second person. One last question – can I apply the payment to the new registration, as the tickets were paid for. Thanks. |

Yes, you can. Just re-create the registrations as normal (within the admin it will not a for payment) Then open up the EE Transaction for the original registration in one tab, open the EE Transaction for the new Registration(s) in another tab. Edit the payment record in the original a modal should pop up with the details. Apply a payment within the new EE Transaction and just copy over the details from the original to the new one. Does that make sense? |
