Is is possible to add additional recipients for the different messages? For example, for Registration Approved message, recipients are Event Admin, Primary Registrant and Registrant. We use the Event Admin and Primary Registrant, but would need to send a message using another template to a third person. Can there be additional recipients, or should we use the ‘Registrant’ we don’t currently use and make it send information to this third person?
Hi Ben, not currently. The closest option would be to copy another party on one of the existing emails. You can add additional recipients by adding a comma and then an email in the TO field:
For example, that could be added to the event admin recipient for the registration approved message type.
This is on our feature request list.
