My name is Douglas and I am a Full Stack Web Developer at Edge Webware assisting a client. Our client has students who register and pay for events. Sometimes, the client transfers the student registration to a different event after they have completed payment. When this happens, the student receives a second “Pending Payment” email, which strictly speaking, is not necessary since they have already paid.
Is this the default behavior when someone’s registration is transferred? Is there a way to suppress this second email?
