I have a customer who is running shows with two ticket types available for adults and children. The shows are at Christmas and if the child is under the age of 15 then they take the name and age of the child at the booking stage to call out their name to receive a gift from Santa.
I need the ability for the user to input information about each of the people on the trip, so that if they are under the age of 15 then the organisers will have their name and ages ready.
I have seen advice from a few people about this being possible in EE4 but I can’t find the necessary options within the backend of the plugin to do so.
Would someone be able to point me in the right direction please?

Hi there,
You need to enable the questions for ‘Additional Registrants’ on the event, it’s the bottom set of question groups here: http://take.ms/1CBvc
You’ll find that in the event editor (Event Espresso -> Events -> {click on event}
Currently what you can’t do (its not clear if you want this above or not) is only request those details if they are under 15. If you set question groups on additional registrants they those questions will be asked for every additional ticket the user selects.
2 Adult tickets
2 Child tickets
2 Concession tickets
Would ask for 6 sets of details (1 Primary Registrant and 5 ‘additional’)
