Hello,
I am wanting the Additional Attendees to only have the first name, last name and medical concerns fields to show and not the address information.
Right now it either shows the first name, last name, email (if personal information only) is checked.
If Full Registration is checked, it shows the first name, last name, email, phone, address information and then the additional fields.
It is a major issue because we do not want parents to have to enter address, emails for every player. Address information box is unchecked as well. It’s the last thing holding me back from launching the clients site.

Hi Matthew,
Currently if you collect information for additional attendees the minimum you can collect Personal Information question group.
It looks like you have added the address information to the Personal Information group and so they will always be requested.
The Personal Information group by default contains the questions First Name, Last Name, Email. It would appear yours does not contain email address? If you have removed this Event Espresso may not function as expected as email is required by the plugin.
If you go to Event Espresso -> Question Group. Personal Information. Which questions are currently in that group?
