Hello I’m using WordPress 4.9.1 and Event Espresso 3.1.37.12.P.
I also use Tracks for the Theme and am pretty light on plugins but do use Gravity Forms.
I have already tried deactivating plugins and going to the generic wordpress theme, neither of which fixed the issue.
I have tried two different methods of displaying an additional question “Title” (besides name and email for additional attendees. One was to add the question, add it to a question group, and then within the event check the box in the sidebar like so: https://i.imgur.com/ZwNuNyX.jpg
I also tried just adding that question to the my primary question group like so: https://i.imgur.com/aFJ5mRx.jpg
In neither scenario does the question show up for the additional attendees: https://i.imgur.com/p76G6ov.jpg
Any help with next steps or a work around to get this additional question displayed to additional attendees would be great. Thanks in advance.

Hi there,
Within the ‘Event Options’ section, set to the ‘Additional Attendee Registration info?’ option to ‘Full Registration Information’ – http://take.ms/HAdGm
Update the event and retest, does it work as expected then?
